The Final Environmental Impact Assessment (FEIA) along with Record of Decision (ROD) has been completed in accordance with the Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act (WEPA).  This completes the WEPA process.  Electronic copies of the ROD and FEIA, along with associated report appendices, are available for download on the right side of the page.  They are also available for hard-copy review at the UW-Madison Helen C. White Library (600 N. Park Street, Madison, WI) and City of Madison Public Library (126 S. Hamilton St., Madison, WI).
